AGM 2025

The AGM will be held at the Bulls Head Hotel, Davenham

on Monday 24th February 2025 starting at 7.30 p.m.  

Please note that if you leave your car in the car park behind the hotel you must log your car registration number on the tablet on the bar downstairs in the hotel; otherwise you could be fined for parking without registration. 

AGENDA

1.   Welcome and Apologies

2.   Minutes of the 2024 AGM (John Freeman) and any matters arising.

3.   Financial Report from Mike Holmes. 

      Mike is not able to attend the meeting but his report will be presented by John Freeman.

4.   Post Holders for 2025.

     All current holders are willing to carry on, but if anyone else wishes to volunteer please inform John Freeman before February 18th.

5.  Review of walking in 2024 including -

      review of the Weekend Away (Catherine Freeman)       

      review of the Charity Walk (Denise Davies).

6.  Special events for 2025 - Weekend away, Charity walk, possible day trip by coach or other suggested events.

7.   Walks calendar for 2025 - will by distributed and updated at the meeting.

8.    End of Season Meal - report of the 2024 meal at the Antrobus Arms and potential date and location for 2025 meal (Irene Elson).

9.    Any Other Business (please let John Freeman know before February 18th if you wish to discuss anything under this heading.
