AGM  2024

Please note change of room at Hartford Hall.  

The AGM for the new season will be held on Monday 26th February 2024 at Hartford Hall Hotel in the downstairs bar to the right hand side of the front door.  Members should arrive for 7.30 for the meeting to start promptly at 7.45 p.m.

     Walks Co-ordinator - Denise has decided to retire as Walks Co-ordinator so her replacement will be required.

6.  Walks Calendar 2024 to also include a Wekend Away, Sponsored Walk, Day Out.  Proposed dates for the walking calendar is attached.  Would any provisional walk leaders please confirm the preferred dates to John Freeman as soon as possible.
